Ideal for systems with high flow rates or where substantial pH adjustment is needed, Corosex® reacts rapidly to raise pH and reduce corrosiveness. As a sacrificial media, it will gradually dissolve and must be replenished periodically. For balanced treatment and to prevent overcorrection, Corosex® is often paired with Calcite to combine fast-reacting and slower-reacting neutralization properties.
